After a week of dodging tourists, chasing cabs, and pounding the pavement of Midtown, you absolutely deserve some R&R. Midtown may have its fair share of overpriced power lunch hotspots and tourist destinations, but it also has cozy beer bars, gorgeous rooftops, and some of the best burgers in the city.

Mad46 is open April through October and hosts a hidden rooftop bar in the middle of Midtown.

Rare Bar and Grill is our first burger stop on the list. Stop by for a delicious burger before heading up for the view from the roof.

If you are west, head to the Parker Meridien. Hidden behind a curtain in the lobby is one of the best burgers in the city at Burger Joint.

Ma Peche will curb any spicy exotic food cravings in signature Momofuko style.

If you’re in the mood for bubbles after eating head to the midtown outpost of Flute Bar.

If a beer bar is more your scene, Ginger Man has every variety you could hope for, and some you never have!

Have a great weekend! Next week we head every farther uptown….
